Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority are preparing to perform major work in the Strip District which will restrict traffic and parking along Smallman Street from the 16th Street Bridge to 21st. While business owners in the neighborhood are concerned about decreased sales in the short term, they are fully supportive of the Produce Terminal redevelopment project. “All the business owners feel good about the project. We feel we’ll get more traffic here,” says Yinzers owner Jim Coen.
